The Greater New
Orleans Corvette Club
would like to invite everyone to our
19th Annual ExtraVETTEganza
All-Corvette Car Show, September
25th at Bayou Country Village in Slidell, La. Bayou Country is one
of the most unique Gift Shops with their own homemade candy along
with a wonderful deli. We promise to show you once again our
Southern Hospitality with our pre-show party on Friday September
24th at our host hotel The Hampton Inn.
This years show theme will be a Pace
Car display. Anyone interested in displaying their Pace Car contact

Judging for the show will be
people's choice C1 through C6. Separate judging for "Best of"
awards, "Best of Show, Paint, Interior, Engine, Wheels, Custom,
Original, Detailed, and Exhaust." First 150 registered will receive
a participation plaque, dash plaque, best goody bag in the
South, and pre-registered will also receive a free event
t-shirt. Many sponsor awards will
also be presented including our Best of Show presented by our Club
Sponsor Ross Downing Chevrolet Hammond, La. and two new Co-Sponsor
awards presented by Triton Diving and Clearview Auto Repair. We are
very happy to have Bridgestone/ Firestone Tire once again taking
part in our show.
There will
be entertainment, swap meet for those hard to find parts, silent
auction, door prizes, 50/50 raffle, and our 3rd annual valve cover
car race which will receive awards for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place and best
looking.
Our charity
once again will be Metro Center for Women and Children.
